Paladino was born in 1948, in Paduli, Italy. 20 years later, he completed his studies at the Liceo artistic de Benevento. His first solo exhibition in 1969 was followed by a move to Milan, and many commissions and exhibitions. In 2006, he was commissioned to re-design the Piazza dei Guidi.
